Recipe: Potato Vegetable Salad
INGREDIENTS
7 medium size yellow potatoes cooked
7 medium size carrots cooked
1 cup baked white mushrooms
5 large boiled eggs
1 leek, the root part
3 green onions
3 medium size pickles
1 cup of canned peas
½ cup of mayo
Pinch of black pepper
THEN FOLLOW THE STEPS ...
Dice potatoes, carrots, eggs and pickles. Slice thinly leek, and chop the green onions. Wash canned peas with filtered water. Mix all ingredients, first potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and eggs. Add sliced leek and onions – and mix. Add peas and diced pickles – and mix again. Sprinkle with some black pepper and add mayo. Mix well. Cool in the refrigerator for about 1 hour and serve.
